Essay

Primary anthropometric and sonographic indexes of practically healthy men and women of the Podillia region of Ukraine are taken from the data bank of the research center of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya within the framework of the agreement on scientific cooperation with the Department of Human Anatomy of the Bogomolets National Medical University. Taking into account the results of the previous correlative analysis, for the con-struction of models of sonographic sizes of the kidneys, men and women of different somatotypes, we only took anthropometric and somatotypological indicators that had reliable or medium strength false correlations. For the first time, it has been found that in men and women of mesomorphic somatotype of 16 possible sonographic sizes of the kidneys, only 7 reliable regression models. For the first time, it has been found that men and women of the endo-mesomorphic somatotype constructed 14 reliable regression models of sonographic sizes of the kidneys, depending on the body structure and body sizes. For the first time between practically healthy male and female mesomorphic or endo-mesomorphic somatotypes, manifestations of sexual dimorphism have been es-tablished for including to models of sonographic sizes of the kidneys anthropometric and somatotypological parameters. More pronounced discrepancies are established between the representatives of the mesomorphic somatotype.
