Horsunenko O. Prosecutors Ukraine and countries of the European Union: a comparative study

The dissertation is the first monographic research in the domestic legal literature, where, according to the European integration processes and the current position of the prosecutor.s office, integrated comparative reaearch of the prosecutor.s office of Ukraine and EU Member States (28 European Union Member States and 10 territories outside Europe EU member states . 36 countries in total) was done and conceptual provisions have been drawn up that define the prospects of reforming the prosecutor.s office, taking into account revisions to the Constitution of Ukraine, updating of the legislation on the Prosecution Office and other legal acts.
