Filimonova T. Preparation of future educators of preschool educational institutions for Patriotic education of children of senior preschool age.

The object of research - professional training of the future preschool educators; the subject of research is the features of preparation of future preschool educators for patriotic education of older preschool children; the purpose of research is to substantiate scientifically the structural-functional model of effective formation of the readiness of future preschool educators to patriotic education of preschool children, substantiation and approbation of pedagogical conditions for its realization; research methods: theoretical: studying and analysis of philosophical, psycho-pedagogical, methodological literature on the problems of education and readiness of future preschool educators to carry out patriotic education of older preschool children; generalization of scientific-theoretical and empirical data for model construction and definition of pedagogical conditions of formation of the studied formation; analysis of normative documents on the issues of patriotic education and vocational training of future specialists of preschool education; empirical: diagnostic (questionnaire, testing, discussion and self-assessment of students) with the purpose of revealing their readiness for patriotic education of older preschool children; pedagogical experiment: to identify the effectiveness of the experimental work; statistical: to compare and prove the reliability, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained from the pedagogical experiment; the scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the results of the research is that the essence of the concepts is revealed: "patriotic education" (formation of the value attitude of a person to his people, motherland, state, nation); "preparation of future preschool educators for patriotic education" (a conscious, personally significant and internally susceptible process of formation of students' readiness for the implementation of patriotic education of older preschool children, acquires development as a result of self-improvement, self-development and professional self-education of future specialists); "the readiness of future preschool educators to patriotic education" (the state of formation of professional competence for the implementation of patriotic education of older preschool children, characterized by the presence of preschool educators, motivational, value and activity components); for the first time a structural and functional model of forming the future preschool educators' readiness for patriotic education of older preschool children has been developed.
