The thesis dwells upon the problem of shaping academic culture among future pedagogical workers in higher education institutions. For the first time the efficiency of organizational and pedagogical conditions for shaping culture of future pedagogical workers in higher education institutions has been emphasized, theoretically proven, and experimentally checked, namely: unfettered expression of conscious decisions; freedom of speech for all stakeholders of an educational institution; free choice of the freedom of academic search; academic inheritance of free adoption from the advisor to the follower; academic respect to scientific schools; a model for shaping academic cul-ture of future pedagogical workers in higher education institutions, which comprises target, theoretical and intensional, scientific and methodological, diagnostic and as-sessment and result and relevance blocks, has been developed. The structure of aca-demic culture of future pedagogical workers, criteria (reproductive, heuristic, creative), indices and levels (sufficient, average, high) of competence of academic culture of fu-ture pedagogical workers have been specified. The technique of forming academic cul-ture of future pedagogical workers in higher education institutions, being a complex of planning and organizational, organizational and pedagogical, methodological, socio-economic, material and financial, information and technological, and administrative means, conditions and procedures for ensuring the efficiency of continuity, inher-itance, and systematic continuity of the educational process (in the components of structural organization, functionality, content, and practical activity) of student-centered training of pedagogical workers, which implies obtaining and developing modern scientific knowledge, professional and practical skills and competencies, gain-ing experience of professionally-oriented and special professional activities in accord-ance with social demands (current and long-acting) from professional environments of pedagogical workers has been improved. The provisions on the architectonics of cul-ture and its socio-cognitive functional purpose, the regularities of the mass nature of the cultural and social mission of pedagogical workers, which determine the polipro-file semantics of the components of the potential of academic culture, scientific and cognitive traditions of inheritance and experience of teaching and practical honesty have been further developed.
