Sakhanda I. The improving of cardiovascular diseases patients provision with herbal medicines

The research presents an improving the population provision by herbal origin medicines with cardiovascular system diseases (CVS) and marketing research of the herbal origin medicines market, contributing to improvement of patient pharmaceutical provision by optimization of interaction approaches, the level of herbal origin drug consumption,the analysis of pharmacotherapeutic regimens for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, the disability assessment, which formed the base of developed methodological recommendations (guidelines). It was established an increase in incidence rates of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in Ukraine during the period of 2013-2018. The results of research data indicate the largest density among all herbal origin medicines for pharmacotherapy CVD on the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market belong to individual compounds extracted from medicinal plants (43,6 %) and galenic preparations (36,5 %). Statistical data indicate the stability of cardiovascular medicines in the ranking of TOP 20 different ATC groups during the last years. According to these data 35-43 % of all cardiovascular medicines are herbal origin medicines.
