The object: the process of professional training of future technicians-electromechanics in colleges of transport infrastructure .; purpose: definition, theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the process of forming the professional competence of future technicians-electromechanics during their professional course at colleges of transport infrastructure; methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, deduction, induction, abstraction, generalization, systematization, pedagogical observation, questioning, expert assessment, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: the pedagogical for forming the professional competence of future technicians-electromechanics during their professional course at colleges of transport infrastructure have been scientifically grounded (providing the incentive to master the professional skills; development of content of teaching and methodological support of educational disciplines on the basis of a competent approach; the use of interactive learning technologies focused on simulating professional activity); the conceptual-categorical apparatus is specified, in particular: the concept of “professional competence of technicians-electromechanics”, theoretical grounds regarding the nature, structure, criteria, indicators and levels of the formation of professional competence of technicians-electromechanics; the forms, methods and means of forming the professional competence of future technicians-electromechanics in the context of professional training in colleges of transport infrastructure have been further development.
