Domaniuk O. Preparation of future educators for the formation of benevolence of senior preschool age children.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of perfection and modernization of professional training of future educators of pre-school educational institutions to professional activity, in particular the formation of benevolence as the basic moral quality of the senior preschool age children.Due to the theoretical analysis of scientific sources, the terms «goodwill of children of the senior preschool age children», «preparation of future educators for the formation of benevolence in children of the senior preschool age» are specified. The essence of the concept «readiness of future educators for the formation of benevolence in children of the senior preschool age» is revealed, its structure is clarified, criteria and indicators are determined; the levels of formation of the investigated phenomenon are characterized.The model of preparation of future educators for the formation of benevolence in children of the senior preschool age is developed, in which the interrelations between the targets, procedural and effective blocks are shown. The pedagogical conditions of the mentioned phenomenon have been substantiated and experimentally proved, their efficiency is proved.
