Shpenova P. Apparatus of the court in the system of organizational support for judicial activity.

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of issues related to the definition of the concept of organizational support for judicial activities, the functions and significance of the court administration, the legal status of court personnel, the formulation of the optimal model for its legislative consolidation, and the definition of the main directions for improving the functioning of the court apparatus. Carried out three main forms of organizational support of ships in the world are assessed on the example of European countries and the United States. The analysis of the modern domestic complex of measures in the field of organizational support of the judiciary in Ukraine. The general legal status of the court employee is defined as the main elements of which are: a) requirements for persons wishing to work in the court; b) the procedure for appointment to the post; c) rights and duties; d) responsibility; e) the procedure and grounds for termination of powers. Proposed ways to implement these proposals in the legislation. The procedure for the formation of the court's appraisal was investigated and proposals were submitted on the requirements for candidates for the position of the head of the court's apparatus and procedures for the formation of court personnel. The analysis of the financing of the court equipment was carried out, the structure and staff number of the court apparatus were examined. The main directions of the further improvement of the efficiency of the court.
