Essay

The object of research: the process of professional training of future economists in college. The aim of research is to provide scientific substantiation of a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of the formation of social competence of future economists in the process of training in college. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of social competence of future economists in college. The results of research: there was characterized the essence and the content of social competence, there were determined the characteristic features in the conditions of educational institution. There was developed and tested the complex of organizational and pedagogic conditions which ensure the efficiency of the formational influence, in particular: the update of the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle using metasubject approach; the implementation of interactive methods in studies; the establishment of comfortable social and professional environment. The abovementioned organizational and pedagogic conditions were implemented in the process of the professional training of future economists on the basis of: blocks of metasubject topics included to the cycle of the humanitarian and social and economic training; socially and professionally important events; social youth projects; mechanisms of cooperation with the college student council; a number of events of the focused training of teachers to create socially comfortable environment etc. The sphere of usage: the theoretical positions, author's scientific and methodological developments and the conclusions of the study provide the basis for improving the training of future economists in college. The results of the study were introduced into the educational process of Kherson Polytechnic College, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Kharkiv Cooperative Trade and Economics College, Private Higher Educational Institution "Finance and Law College", Zaporizhzhya National University, College of Economics, Law and Information Technologies of Ternopil National University of Economics, Agrarian and economic college of Poltava State Agrarian Academy.
