The dissertation highlights and solves the problem of formation of information culture of managers of organizations in postgraduate education. A complex of pedagogical formations of information culture of managers in postgraduate education conditions was developed and approved, in particular: stimulation of the intensity of the exchange of experience in the formation of information culture between teachers who provide quality of the information component of master's degree training of managers; activation of the cognitive interest at students, taking into account the peculiarities of the individual patterns of the information component of the professional activity, with the subsequent orientation of the content of education on the renewal of basic knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of work with information and its carriers; expansion of the range of educational tasks and key competencies in the application of information systems of projects and databases management; organization of the cognitive activity of masters-managers, aimed at fulfilling the tasks of independent and research work using the potential of the information environment of the higher education; cultivation of the norms of informational ethics in educational and practical management activities and during classroom and out-of-class activity. The model of the process of formation of information culture of managers of organizations in postgraduate education, which integrates preparatory, basic, self-cognitive, control stages, was developed. The course and results of the pedagogical experiment on verification of this model were presented, during which the author's methodology for evaluating information culture of master's degree managers was used..
