Essay

The dissertation study was focused on increasing efficiency of physical education of students on the basis of the use of health-improving technology. The study was aimed at theoretical substantiation, development and experimental validation of health-improving technology of sport-centered physical education for students based on the use of the means of table tennis and focused on improving the indicators of physical and psycho-emotional status of youth and creating the appropriate conditions for their involvement in physical activity.
