Essay

Thesis is devoted to the issue of formation of methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers in the system of piano training. The structure of the phenomenon of «methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers consisting of mutually determined components: motivational-setting, cognitive-search, activity-regulatory and personal-reflexive, is substantiated and determined. The peculiarities of the system of piano training of future musical art teachers at the bachelor’s level are revealed; the factors and pedagogical principles of forming methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers are identified. The criteria for the formation of methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers in the system of piano training with corresponding indicators are revealed. The levels of formation of methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers in the system of piano training (high «inventive», medium «motivated», low «indifferent») are characterized. A model and pedagogical conditions for the formation of methodologically directed self-realization of future musical art teachers in the system of piano training (setting-reflexive, competence and self-organizing stages) have been developed and tested. The essence of the concepts of «self-realization» and «professional-pedagogical self-realization» is clarified. The diagnostic and experimental methodologies, the laboratory project «Piano-methodological representations», the elective course «Methodologically directed self-realization in piano teacher training».
