Thesis is dedicated to development of the scientifically grounded composition and technology of manufacture the semisolid dosage form (paste for nails and ointment for external use) with nonspecific antifungal substances (2-mercaptobenzthiazol and chinozol) for complex therapy of foot mycosis. On the base of complex technological, physico-chemical, biopharmaceutical, rheological, microbiological and pharmacological investigations the optimal composition and technology of manufacture the high-performance and stable semisolid dosage forms for dermatological practice were scientifically grounded and experimentally proved.
