Essay

Research aim - to set the features of construction of training process of judoists of the different age-related groups after anexit from sport of higher achievements. The object of the study is a training process of judoists on the stage of exit from sport of higher achievements. The subject of research – construction of the training programs of judoists-veterans of the different age-related groups in the process of annual macrocycle on the stage of exit from sport of higher achievements. Research methods: the theoretical analysis and generalization of scientifically-methodical literary sources, search and use of information in the global network of Internet; pedagogical methods of research (supervision, questionnaire, time-study, analysis of video data of contention activity of judoists-veterans); testing is with the use of morfo-functional indexes and indexes of physical preparedness; method of expert estimations; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty of the results: for the first time: a system of measures has been developed for the implementation of sports and recreational activities at the stage retiring from the sports of highest achievements, the level of motor qualities and the state of morpho-functional indices of judo old-timers in different age periods was determined; the injury factors inherent in wrestlers, and measures to reduce them; the correlation dependence of the functional status indicators and tests reflecting the level of development of the physical qualities of judo old-timers of different age groups was established; training programs with 3-, 4- and 5-time lessons per week in judo old-timers after retiring from high-performance sport have been developed and implemented; determined the appropriateness of the number of training sessions per week in accordance with the age of judo old-timers, namely 30-34 years, 5 times, 35-39, 4 times, 40-44 and older, 3 times; effectiveness of the use of interval hypoxic training in the pre-competitive training of judo old-timers wrestlers after emerging from the sports of highest achievements was established. The results of the work were introduced into the practice work of judo club "Slobojanets" of Kharkiv, collapsible commands of the Kharkiv area from judo, YSUSSH "Dynamo" Kharkiv, collapsible commands of Ukraine from judo among veterans, and also to the educational process of the Kharkiv statecacademy of physical culture.
