Boiarchuk O. The Value-oriented management of risks for projects with volatile environment (on the example of the fodder provision cooperative societies establishment)

The thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical sciences, specialty 05.13.22 – management by projects and programs. – Lviv State University of Life Safety of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations, Lviv, 2019. The dissertation deals with carrying out the theoretical generalization and solving of the scientifically applicable task of the quality improvement of the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment. Done due to the value-risk approach, models, methods and means development, which form the planning instruments for these projects during the pre-investment phase of their living cycle in the volatile project environment using limited resources. The components are defined and systemic correlations among projects value components of the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment are explored. The value-risk basics of such projects planning on the ground of the risk of their value consideration are produced. The classification of factors, which cause the risks to the value of the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment are held and the specific aspects of their planning are explained. Models and methods for the quantitative evaluation of the value risk for the investors in the projects of the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment, which take into consideration the possible character of the resources spending on the forages and stochastic character of their market value changes. Systemic-factor model of the identification of the value risks to the family milk farms fodder cooperative societies establishment and methods of the natural resources spending on their implementation planning are improved. There are produced the algorithms and computer programs for planning the projects of the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment with taking into account of their value risks and their forecasted indicators are substantiated. The models of the risk value for the family milk farms fodder provision cooperative societies establishment projects are gained. Reactions for these risks are substantiated and the tools for these projects planning tasks fulfillment are implemented practically.
