Holovko S. Forming the Administrative Culture of Future Masters of Management in the Process of Professional Training.

Object: process of formation of managerial culture of future masters in management in the process of professional training. Subject: pedagogical technology of formation of managerial culture of future masters in management in the process of professional preparation. The aim is to scientifically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the pedagogical technology of forming the management culture of future masters in management in the process of professional training. According to the purpose and subject of the research, the following tasks are defined: on the basis of analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, the degree of development of the problem of forming the management culture of future masters in management in the process of professional training; to reveal the essence of managerial culture of future masters in management as a modern pedagogical phenomenon; to define criteria and indicators and to diagnose the initial level of managerial culture of future masters in management; to develop and substantiate the pedagogical technology of forming the managerial culture of future masters in management and to introduce it into the practice of university education; experimentally verify and evaluate the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical technology for the formation of managerial culture of future masters in management in the process of professional training. In order to solve the problem and tasks of the dissertation work, the following research methods were used: theoretical - analysis, synthesis, systematization and generalization of scientific, pedagogical literature, normative and legal documents for determining the state of development of the problem of formation of managerial culture of future masters in management, conceptual definition -category apparatus research, development of its concept; generalization of progressive ideas and existing disadvantages in modern higher education to substantiate the pedagogical technology of forming the management culture of future masters in management; theoretical modeling with the purpose of developing the structure and content of the mentioned pedagogical technology, definition of its main blocks, revealing of regularities and features of functioning; empirical: observation, testing, interviews, interviews, expert assessments, pedagogical monitoring at each stage of experimental work for tracking the dynamics of the level of formation of managerial culture of future masters in management; pedagogical experiment to find out the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical technology for the formation of managerial culture of future masters in management in the process of professional training; methods of mathematical statistics (Pearson, Fisher, Spearman criteria) to assess the statistical significance of positive changes in experimental work results.
