Object of the study: process of transformation of management systems of the personnel of international companies in the conditions of socio-cultural globalization; the purpose of the research: development of theoretical and methodological principles and development of scientific and practical recommendations on the transformation of the management system of the personnel of international companies in the conditions of socio-cultural globalization; research methods and equipment: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, method of logical and historical approach, systematic generalization, methods of induction and deduction, structural-logical analysis, elements of system, structural-functional and comparative analysis, method of analysis and synthesis, methods of econometric evaluation and economic-mathematical modeling, method of expert research, graphic method; theoretical and practical results: identify and systematize the directions of influence of socio-cultural manifestations of globalization (preconditions, consequences, scale, effects) on human development indicators at the stage of formation, approbation and distribution of personnel management models that are adequate to the challenges of the new economy, and the prospects of their scaling on the level of international companies are substantiated; the theoretical and methodological bases of personnel management research in the spatial-temporal aspect were improved, namely: the evolutionary disposition of the theoretical and methodological basis of this concept was proposed; the organizational and analytical tools for the development of the international economy are proposed, namely, the hypothesis about the existence of the relationship between the degree of development of the innovation sphere and the level of development of human potential in the country is proposed, which was checked by econometric modeling and analytical study of a set of indicators that are indicators of the two processes mentioned and Conclusion on its credibility for developing countries (China and Ukraine) and the uncertainty of the hypothesis for developed countries have been made; the theoretical principles of the study of the international economy are substantiated, namely: on the basis of the analysis of the theoretical and methodological grounds of globalization, systematization of the leading political economy trends, depending on the views on the economic category "globalization", the identification of the moving elements of globalization and the consideration of globalization as a civilization phenomenon and megatrending, is proposed logical-structural scheme of the theoretical and methodological foundation of globalization; the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the modern international economy is clarified through the author's substantiation of the content of the concepts of "globalization" and "socio-cultural globalization"; has further developed the definition of the dominant trends in the development of the transformational dimension of international companies in terms of globalization, which include the following: active intervention of Chinese conglomerates, redistribution of financial resources from the classical capital-intensive industries to high-tech industries, transformation of the strategic vision of the companies future prospects, growth of the role of the employee as the main resource the company; the organizational and economic principles of the development of the international economy have been developed by identifying the perspective determinants of the transformation of the management system of the personnel of international companies in the conditions of socio-cultural globalization; degree of implementation: developments implemented in the practical activities of Department for International Cooperation and Regional Development of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, PJSC "Mykolayiv Bakery Integrated Bakery", PE "Real Estate Agency "Olympus", LLC "Alfa-Kava", in the educational process of the Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University; scope: improvement of the process of transformation of the management system of the personnel of international companies in the conditions of socio-cultural globalization.
