Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to studying of features of dynamics of functionality of girls of 17-22 years with various level of a physical activity on phases of an ovarian-menstrual cycle under the influence of an exercise stress with change of power on the closed cycle. The conducted complex research of adaptive mechanisms taped that an optimum of physical working capacity (which corresponds 50-99,9 tsentily) as main criterion of functionality, was registered in 53,3-60,0% of the trained girls in post-ovulatory and an ovulatory phase, and in 64 3% of unexercised surveyed - in menstrual and post-menstrual phases of an ovarian-menstrual cycle. 46,7-50,0 percent of girls, irrespective of the level of a physical activity, are capable to show a maximum of functionality in other phases of an ovarian-menstrual cycle. High productivity of restorative processes of the cardiovascular system was observed in athletes in the postovulatory and ovulatory, and in the untrained – in the menstrual and premenstrual phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle. Tension regulatory mechanisms of the cardiovascular system under stress ergometric load group athletes registered in postmenstrual and in the post-ovulatory and girls in the group, not engaged in sports – in postmenstrual and premenstrual phase of the cycle, which indicates low recovery processes. Registration speakers activation of the body dosed girls in physical activity for closed cycle for ovarian-menstrual possible to establish more optimal adaptive response in premenstrual and menstrual phases in trained and in the post-ovulatory phase of the menstrual cycle in untrained women. Tension adaptation was observed in girls in the ovulatory phase of the cycle, regardless of the type of motor activity. The manifestation of the high functionality of the nervous system seen in athletes in the premenstrual and untrained in postmenstrual phase, low adaptive reserves recorded in the menstrual phase of ovarian-menstrual cycle in women in both groups. Close positive correlation bonds are found on the inter-system level both in a state of rest and in the process of performing physical activity in a closed cycle between the indicators of physical performance and the functional state of the cardiovascular and central nervous systems in each phase of the menstrual cycle. Functional portraits of girls with different types of motor activity during the ovarian-menstrual cycle are constructed. The scheme (model) of complex assessment of functionality of girls of 17-22 years taking into account the level of a physical activity is developed.
