Essay

The object is the professional training of philological specialty teachers in general educational institutions. The purpose is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical conditions of the structural-organizational model of forming the readiness of teachers of philological specialties for project activity in the conditions of scientific and methodological work of secondary schools. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical, predictive. The practical significance of the results of the research is to increase the level of readiness of teachers of philological specialties of secondary schools to project activities in terms of scientific and methodological work through the use of information technologies (blog Ludmila Zhile); intensification and activation of forms and methods of professional improvement of philological teachers; development and use of individual research and inventive tasks, improvement of organization of scientific and methodological work of a comprehensive educational institution. The materials of the dissertation can be used in the educational process of general educational institutions in the conditions of scientific and methodological work for writing educational programs, methodical recommendations, manuals, as well as in the process of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical staff.
