Essay

The dissertation presents the results of a historical and pedagogical study of the basic factors of formation, current status, goals and genesis of pedagogical conditions for the implementation of educational management in the context of the development of national pedagogical education of the late XXth - early XXIst centuries. The analysis of interpretations of social, sociocultural, educational and pedagogical-sectoral aspects of development of the national branch of pedagogical education in multidisciplinary scientific discourses in the context of historical changes and modern tendencies of realization of scientific and pedagogical foundations of development of a specialist in the context of the European society is included. The choice of methodological approaches to the study of the problem with regard to the connections between theory and practice and reliance on the principles of goal setting, historicism, continuity and prognosticity in the development of education is substantiated. It is established that pedagogical conditions are substantively filled with procedural characteristics, which are conditioned by the goal setting of the pedagogical process, and are created by teachers in their direct pedagogical activity and modified by a number of objective and subjective factors of pedagogical activity, have certain structural features of procedural conditions and are connected with educational management. The multifunctionality of the connection of pedagogical conditions and management in the educational field is investigated through complexes of principles, methods, organizational forms and technological methods of management, characterized as systematic social acts of management activity in the educational sphere for further implementation of pedagogical activity in the practical activity of subjects and objects. The use of the concept of educational management as a category, which combines different subject fields of study of the educational sphere and allows to consider a number of components of phenomenological and social character inherent in the process of management of the education system, which have an impact on the productivity of the formation of pedagogical conditions for the implementation of educational management in Ukraine of the XXth - beginning of XXIst century; the main factors and specifics of mutual influence of pedagogical conditions and methods of management of educational establishments are determined. Potential opportunities of educational management in creation of projective models of development of management of modern pedagogical education in accordance with the purpose of development of pedagogical education - providing formation of pedagogical workers capable to perform qualitatively professional activity and to be competitive in the modern labor market are revealed.
