Object – preparation of master's students in institutions of higher education; aim - to reveal the influence of theoretically grounded, developed and experimentally tested technology of forming of students' readiness for master's preparation for pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education on the increasing of the level of this readiness; methods - theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time the technology of forming of students' readiness for master's preparation for pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education and the stages of its realization (vocational and motivational, content and activity, personal and reflection) are theoretically substantiated; the essence of the concepts of «distance education», «communication», «pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education», components of students’ of master’s programme readiness for pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education (motivational and value, content, procedural, personal and reflection) is clarified; forms, methods and means of forming of the readiness of students of master's programme for pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education have been further developed; results – development and implementation of technology of forming of students' readiness of master's programme for pedagogical communication in the conditions of distance education, methodical recommendations «Fundamentals of vocational and pedagogical communication in the system of distance education». Theoretical provisions and practical experience can be used by: teachers during classes with distance form of education, in development of study programs, creation of training manuals in psycho and pedagogical and professional disciplines.
