Nevzorov R. Formation of professional competence of future military pilots with the use of air-tactical training

The thesis is devoted to theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of organizational and pedagogical conditions of improving future military pilots’ professional training of combative tasks (flights) in military institutions of higher education, namely the formation of professional competence of future military pilots with the use of air-tactical training. The concept of ‘professional competency of future military pilots’ has been structured as the unity of cognitive, praxeological, motivational, and personal components, taking into account the features of professional activity of future military pilots during the preparation and execution of combat flights. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the formation of professional competence of future military pilots have been scientifically substantiated and tested in the specialized institutions of higher education, namely: interdisciplinary integration aimed at forming tactical thinking of future military pilots; the use of training aimed at testing various types of combat flights by future military pilots; a systematic analysis of experience on tactical use of aviation and use of the combat pilots’ experience for upgrading air tactical knowledge and improving air tactical learning. The structural and functional model of formation of professional competence of future military pilots with the use of air-tactical training has been developed. The methodological guidelines (for teachers and flight simulators instructors) of the formation of professional competence of future military pilots have been developed in the process of simulator training, comprising sets of air tactic training exercises for future military pilots in the process of modern aviation simulator training which take into account their technical and methodological possibilities.
