Lakatosh N. Organizational and legal foundations of juvenile justice in Ukraine

A conceptual research of the establishment and further development of the institution of juvenile justice in Ukraine and foreign countries is carried out. The method of categorization ensured the opportunity of marking in four aspects the value basic of juvenile justice. The scientific aspect provided the ability to fill in the gaps about the historical past of the institutions of the juvenile justice in different spheres of life. The politically ideological aspect ensured the ability to choose the most optimal model of juvenile justice in the World. The educative worth concerns generalization of the received experience with the purpose to create own concepts and orientations about juvenile justice values. The pragmatic aspect ensured the opportunity to make assumptions and detect the concealed resource of the juvenile justice  things that the society can give to youth, and as well things that the society can expect from them.
