In the dissertation we analyze the content and essence of emotional and aesthetic development of a preschool child in the system of German preschool education; systematize and generalize the peculiarities of the functioning of preschool establishments in Germany and determine the place of emotional and aesthetic component in their content of education; we also research the essence, content and tasks of the emotional and aesthetic development of a child in the system of German preschool pedagogics; specify modern approaches to the organization of preschool upbringing, emotional and aesthetic development of a child in Germany; analyze the aspects of realization of tasks of emotional and aesthetic development of a preschool child; substantiate the specificity of the pedagogical tools for the realization of tasks of emotional and aesthetic development of a child; find out the peculiarities of the organization of educational space of establishments of preschool education of Germany; define the possibilities of creative application of the experience of German preschool establishments concerning emotional and aesthetic development of a preschool child in the Ukrainian system of preschool education.
