Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of prevention of deviant behavior of minors in the activities of the authorized body for probation. The theoretical bases of prevention of the deviant behavior of minors in the activity of the authorized body for probation are summarized, based on the provisions of personality-oriented, environmental, axiological, competence approaches and principles of: personification, substantiated social choice, positive realization of the individual, reflective position, legality, humanity, preventiveness, not condemnation and acceptance. The results of theoretical analysis clarify the essence of the concept of «prevention of deviant behavior of minors in the activities of the authorized body for probation» The causes of the deviant behavior of minors are characterized: socio-economic, biomedical, psychological and pedagogical. Peculiarities of the activities of the authorized body on probation issues are disclosed: pre-trial probation, observation probation, penitentiary probation. The components (cognitive, emotional-value, activity-behavioral), the criteria (knowledge of social reality, value orientations, the ability to exercise legal responsibility) with the relevant indicators and the levels of formation of responsible behavior of minors in the context of preventing their deviant behavior in the activities of primary educational institutions (elementary, indifferent, unacceptable). For the first time, the socio-pedagogical conditions for the prevention of deviant behavior of minors in the activities of the authorized body for probation were theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified (the creation and implementation of the distance learning course «Professional Skills» for the professional training of personnel of the authorized body for probation on the prevention of deviant behavior of minors, implementation author's comprehensive training program «Step into the Future» on prevention deviant behavior of minors; the interaction of social institutions and the authorized body on probation for the prevention of deviant behavior of minors).
