Kozubenko K. Formation of Communicative Competence of Future Specialists of Tourist Services Using Interactive Technologies

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services using interactive technologies. The concept of «communicative competence» has been clarified. The components of communicative competence of future professionals of tourist services with use of interactive technologies have been found out. The content of structural components of communicative competence is revealed; principles and pedagogical conditions of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services are characterized; a model of this process is presented; the criteria, indicators and levels of communication competence of future tourism service professionals have been determined; the selection of interactive learning technologies that will contribute to the formation of communicative competence. Methodical recommendations for teachers of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist service in the educational process is written. Developed methodical recommendations on the formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services theoretically justified, are practical in nature and can be used by teachers to develop students' communicative competence of students of tourism service in the institutions of higher education.
