Essay

The theoretical and practical bases of the humanitarian culture in the system of Norwegian university education from the second half of the twentieth century and to the beginning of the twenty first century have been covered. The concept of humanitarian culture as an integral part of spiritual culture and the core of the cultural identity of Norwegian citizens has been substantiated. The modern system of implementation of the "Goals of Sustainable Development 2030" in the projection of humanitarian training of specialists has been described. The analysis of the theoretical foundations of the problem under investigation has revealed that the humanitarian culture of students in the informatization of university education in the Kingdom of Norway is an important element in the training of specialists in all profiles in Norway. Formation of students’ humanitarian culture as a priority goal of education is essential for ensuring stability and improvement of society in the conditions of its sustainable development. Humanitarian culture is the foundation upon which the effective social relations are grounded, based on the principles of mutual respect and respect for the moral, spiritual principles of society as a whole and certain social and cultural groups. The analysis of Norwegian scientific and historical, scientific and pedagogical literature and historical sources made it possible to determine that the period of the second half of the 20th - the beginning of the 21st century can be conditionally divided into three main periods: the first period (1950-1980s), the second period (1980-2000 years) , the third period (2000- present time). This division is based on certain historical, political, social, economic and humanist changes in Norway and the effects of the world scientific and pedagogical researches. It has been established that humanitarian development policy of Norway is based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by all UN member states in 2015. These goals provide a global framework for efforts to promote sustainable development, peace and justice by 2030. The “third mission” of the leading Norwegian universities (Norwegian University of Life Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, etc.) has been considered in the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 2030. The facts about the role of the humanitarian culture of students in future professional activities as a factor in harmonization of human relations with the ethno- natural environment have been systematized, where environmental friendliness as the spiritual basis of planetary education, reflects the unity of man and nature, the need for global protection of the human environment.
