Kxomenko O. Improvement of physical education process for students of agrarian specialities on the basis of extracurricular classes in military-sports combined events.

The object of the study – physical education of students of agrarian institutions of higher education, the aim of the study- to improve the content of physical education of students of agrarian institutions of higher education by means of sectional classes in military sports all-round; methods: theoretical analysis of documentary materials; sociological (survey, questionnaire); pedagogical testing; biomedical methods and techniques; psychological; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: for the first time, the structure and content of the program of sectional classes with the use of means of military sports all-round in the physical education of students of agricultural institutions of higher education were scientifically substantiated; the effectiveness of means of military-sports all-around of students of agrarian institutions of higher education was defined by indicators of their physical condition, physical development, functional and psychological state and physical fitness; results: a program of sectional classes on military-sports all-round for students of agrarian specialties has been developed and substantiated; the actual theoretical and practical task of perfecting the level of physical fitness of students, raising the readiness of young people of military age to do their military duty and improving the content of physical education in agrarian institutions of higher education through the use of the program of sectional classes using the means of military-sports all-around (double-event section)has been solved. The results of the PhD research were introduced into the educational process of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv), Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after P. Vasylenko (Kharkiv), Poltava State Agrarian Academy (Poltava), Odesa State Agrarian University (Odesa), Sumy National Agrarian University (Sumy), which is evidenced by the relevant implementation acts; the field of study – physical education and sport.
