Fedorchuk I. Modernization of Higher Pedagogical Education Content in the Caucasus Region Countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia)

In the thesis research “Modernization of higher pedagogical education content in the Caucasus region countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia)” a holistic analysis of the content of higher pedagogical education in the Caucasus countries is provided. To unveil the modernization of pedagogical education content in the studied region, the content is characterized through the prism of cultural and historical, social and economic changes in society, pan-European and world tendencies in pedagogical education development. Legal and regulatory framework, structural and didactic transformations in the sphere of higher pedagogical education are unveiled. Analyzed in the thesis are the approaches to modeling and design of the content of pedagogical education in Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia considering standard-, competence- and research-based approaches. The theoretical and regulatory aspects of higher pedagogical content development in Ukraine are studied. Based on the performed scientific research, practical recommendations which can be applied to improve the content of pedagogical education in Ukraine on strategic and tactical levels are presented.
