Harkusha M. Scientific substantiation of the system of socio-psychological characteristics of pharmacy specialists in a patient-oriented space

Scientific sources to determine the socio-psychological characteristics of pharmacy specialists were analyzed. The regulatory framework governing professional activities and the socio-psychological characteristics of pharmacy specialists in Ukraine and abroad have been studied. The modern requirements of stakeholders on the socio-psychological characteristics of pharmacy specialists have been investigated. The methodology of grouping professionally important socio-psychological characteristics of a specialist in pharmacy was first proposed. a system of socio-psychological characteristics necessary for a pharmacy specialist to perform professional duties at the proper level has been formed. The process model for conducting psychodiagnostic testing of pharmacy specialists in order to establish the level of development of socio-psychological characteristics was developed. The position of an organizational psychologist who will be part of the organizational structure of pharmacy chains and wholesale pharmaceutical firms has been proposed. a psychogram of pharmacy specialists in pharmacies is given given changes in their competencies in the context of good pharmacy practice. Psychodiagnostic tools for assessing the level of development of professionally important socio-psychological characteristics of a pharmacy specialist was selected.
