The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and methodological substantiation of modern approaches to the improvement of the process of promotion of medicinal cosmetics in pharmacies for the provision of appropriate pharmaceutical assistance. Scientific sources on defects and pathological conditions of the skin were analyzed, which made it possible to identify existing approaches to the classification of skin diseases. The combined classification of dermatological diseases was proposed, which allowed to differentiate between the fields of application of medicines and medicinal cosmetics. The current legal framework regulating the circulation of medicines in Ukraine and in EU countries is analyzed. The basic methodological principles that should underpin the management of the promotion of cosmetic medicinal products to balance the economic and social functions of pharmacy establishments are substantiated. To determine the directions of improving the strategy of managing the range of medicines in pharmacies, the influence of the presence in the product range of pharmacies of cosmetics on the financial and economic indicators of their activity was investigated. In order to improve the algorithm of forming an assortment strategy for cosmetic medicines in pharmacies of different types, the models of behavior of consumers who visit these pharmacies have been investigated. With the module Feature selection and variable screening additive additive spline models were built to predict key activity indicators for pharmacies of different types, depending on the chosen strategy of forming an assortment of medicinal cosmetic products. With the help of the built models, practical recommendations for pharmacies of different types regarding the priorities of forming an assortment of medicinal cosmetic products were developed. A draft Standard for Organizing the Promotion of Medicinal Cosmetics in Pharmacy Establishments to Provide Appropriate Pharmaceutical Assistance to Consumers with Dermatocosmetic Problems Methodical approaches to the evaluation of the quality of providing pharmaceutical assistance to consumers with dermatocosmetic problems in pharmacy establishments are proposed.
