Dombrovskyi M. Proactive project management of organizational development for power supply companies in turbulent environment

The thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.13.22 – management by projects and programs. – Lviv State University of Life Safety of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations, Lviv, 2019. Thesis works is sanctified to development of models and methods of proactive management of organizational development projects. Certain advantages of proactive approach in relation to diminishing of errors in a management and expediency of their introduction in practice. The parameters of proactive management are reasonable. A case of organizational development a project frame is first created, for planning, control and management in the possible great number of objective functions. The method of proactive operative management implementation of project of organizational development of power supply companies is worked out in turbulent surroundings after that at every step managements execute indemnification of rejections by smoothing, taking into account risks for timely and with less deviation from the plan of implementation of volume of works of project. Making decision is improved on all stages project management with the use of informative resource.
