The dissertation is an independent complete scientific work, which examines the disposition as an organizational component of prosecutor's participation in criminal proceedings in Ukraine. By analyzing scientific sources and normative legal acts the author has improved the concept of disposition as a principle of criminal proceedings and has ascertained its specific features. The correlation between disposition and other principles of criminal proceedings is determined and the essence of disposition as an organizational component in prosecutor's activity is revealed. The scientific work describes the dispositive principles in the prosecutor's activity as a procedural supervisor at the stage of pretrial inquiry, outlines the basic forms of implementing the dispositive principles while supporting the state prosecution in court. Main dispositive principles of the prosecutor's participation in criminal proceedings based on agreements are determined. The research outlines administrative and self-governing means of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the public prosecutors office aimed to ensure the disposition as an organizational component of prosecutor's participation in criminal proceedings as well as defines basic components of the staffing of the prosecution bodies.
