The essence and structure of information and communication competence of evening school teachers in the conditions of non-formal education are revealed. The criteria, indicators, levels of development of information and communication competence of evening school teachers are characterized. The model of development of information and communication competence of evening school teachers in conditions of non-formal education is theoretically substantiated, developed, experimentally tested, taking into account the provisions of the andragogical, personality-activity, competence and systematic approaches, which contains methodological-objective, meaningful and meaningful result. The author's educational and methodological materials on the development of information and communication competence of evening school teachers in the conditions of non-formal education have been developed.
