Korus O. Ukrainian Porcelain Figurines of the Late 19th - Early 21st Century (Trends, Peculiarities, Artists).

The thesis presents the investigation of Ukrainian porcelain figurines evolution in the late 19th - early 21st century as a component of Ukrainian art culture. New materials for porcelain figurines production have been introduced into scientific use at nine factories in Ukraine - Baranivskiy, Gorodnitskiy, Druzhkivka, Korosten, Sumy, Poltava, Polonskiy porcelain factories, Kyiv Experimental Ceramics Art Factory, Polonsky decorative ceramics factory - as well as into individual art studios. The names of Ukrainian sculptors, authors of porcelain figurines and their works have been presented. Porcelain figurines have been classified, with technological and stylistic features determined. Work of the leading porcelain sculptors has been characterized. The current state of Ukraine's porcelain figurines has been highlighted.
