The dissertation is devoted to the study of the features of clinical manifestations, the improvement of diagnosis, preventive measures, metaphysics of oxalate urolithiasis by studying the liasion between the microelement compound of the blood, the level of endothelial dysfunction, disorders in the system of peroxidation of proteins and antioxidant defense system, the genes of detoxification of xenobiotics and the development of the disease, and to increase the effectiveness of treatment with the use of combined therapy using combined phytopreparations and L-arginine.The study consisted of two stages, in the first stage, according to the results of the survey, a group of patients was formed, in which the diagnosis of oxalate urolithiasis was confirmed. 120 patients with urolithiasis with oxalate stones located in kidneys were directly examined. All patients were examined and treated during stay in the urological department of the central city clinical hospital in Ivano-Frankivsk.Clinical examinations and observations to determine the clinical course of the disease were conducted during 2015-2018.An improved scheme of treatment of patients with oxalate urolithiasis with the use of vitamins A, B and L-arginine on the background of surgical treatment with the aim of preventing the occurrence of postoperative complications, optimizing the timing of reconvalescence and metaphylactic relapses is proposed. The efficacy and safety of their use in the proposed differentiated dose regimen has been proven.
