Saifudinova O. Professional mobility of youth in the conditions of formation of flexible society in Ukraine: social and philosophical analysis

The work is devoted to social and philosophical analysis of professional mobility of young people in the conditions of formation of a flexible society in modern Ukraine. The author explores the current tendencies of development of professional mobility of young people in the conditions of constant changes of the social environment, considering in the course of the research youth, its professional socialization, caused by self-identification, professional choice and social activity. To consider in the work features of professional self-determination, formation of professional choice, professional mobility of young people become one of the grounds for determining the role of the youth subculture in modern Ukrainian society.
