The object of the research during vocational training of future Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) managers; the subject of the research formation of conflict resolution culture of future foreign economic activity managers during vocational training; the aim of the research the author theoretical substantiating and experimentally verifying the pedagogical conditions and structural-functional model formation of conflict resolution culture of future foreign economic activity managers during vocational training; methods of the research: theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics; the scientific novelty of the research is in the following: the author pioneers in defining and theoretically substantiating the pedagogical conditions of the formation of future FEA managers' conflict resolution culture during vocational training (the improvement of future FEA managers' training content based on knowledge system in conflict resolution culture; the use of interactive methods aimed at forming adequate professional behavior skills of future FEA managers in the conflictogenic environment; providing future FEA managers' conflictogenic resistance by improving skills in handling negative emotional states and self-regulation); the structurally functional model of this process is developed, which comprises the stages (informative-motivational, practically oriented, reflection and activity oriented), the structure of future FEA managers' conflict resolution culture as the unity of inducing, cognitive, conative and reflexive components, the criteria (motivation and target oriented, informational and cognitive, personality and activity oriented, subjective-resultant) and indicators, which enable to characterize the levels (high, medium, and low) of the formation of future FEA managers' conflict resolution culture.
