Essay

The object of the research is the process of professional training of future air traffic controllers; the subject of the research is the forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers; methods of the research: theoretical, empirical, methods of mathematical statistics, graphic; the aim of the research - to prove theoretically and verify experimentally the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and structural-functional model of professional reflection's future air traffic controllers in professional training; the novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time the author reveals the essence of the phenomenon "professional reflection of future air traffic controllers", which is explored as a self-improvement technique, the essence of which consists in student's thinking on his own learning and professional activities, his visions and convictions as a professional and co-relation of his abilities with the requirements of the chosen profession, so that the self-development of a personality as a professional becomes possible; the components are described, the criteria and indicators are determined and the levels of forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers are characterized; the pedagogical conditions of forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers are justified (the actualization of a professional reflection as a professional self-improvement technique of future air traffic controllers; aiming the content of the future air traffic controllers training at forming a professional reflection; applying the technologies of critical thinking development in forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers); the model of forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers in the professional training is developed; the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and the model of forming a professional reflection of future air traffic controllers in the professional training is experimentally proved.
