Dragunova V. Pedagogical conditions of implementation of innovative management in the system of secondary education

The paper analyzes the state of the studied problem, characterizes the basic concepts, examines the pedagogical conditions for the introduction of innovative management in the secondary education system as objective circumstances of the management activities of the subjects of the educational process, a system of interrelated and interacting methods aimed at developing education. The author's model of introduction of innovative management in the secondary education system and the technology of realization of pedagogical conditions in the process of introduction of innovative management in the secondary education system have been developed. Ways to improve the implementation of innovative management through the creation of a treasure trove of ZZCO leaders are outlined. The results of the forming stage of the pedagogical experiment testified to the effectiveness of the developed technology of realization of pedagogical conditions in the process of introduction of innovative management in the secondary education system.
