Matveeva O. The conceptual dimension of globalism in the context of the transformation of the international system

The urgency of the complex study of the conceptual dimension of globalization under conditions of the transformation of the international system is due to the formation of a new structure of the world and the need to identify prospects for the realization of Ukraine's national interests in the context of global political transformations, the search for globally oriented strategies for the formation and effective implementation of its foreign policy under conditions of the formation of a new world order. The given study is based on the fact that under conditions of the transformation of the contemporary international system there is a scientific and political necessity in shaping, on the basis of the generalization of contemporary conceptual approaches, the processes of globalization and systematization of the concepts of globalization of a holistic view of the nature and direction of these transformational processes that began even during the bipolar confrontation and were held on the basis of profound social, political, economic and ideological processes. Scientific discussions about the character of the current stage of world development have become the choice of future models, which is due to the urgent need to find effective ways of managing a contemporary international system. The scientific search is aimed at determining the further direction of globalization development, and from this position the latest concepts of globalization are updated, taking into an account global international transformations, quantitative and qualitative changes in world politics. The scientific and political necessity to find out and analyze on the conceptual level the crisis of globalism and the neoliberal model of globalization within scientific paradigms is stated.
