The dissertation is devoted to research of development of resources of the international tourist business, in particular organizational and cultural resources. The aim of the work is to create a mechanism for the development of organizational and cultural resources of the international tourism business, taking into account the specifics and trends of the development of the international tourist services market. For the development of international tourism business, modern innovative, technological and managerial mechanisms of formation and strengthening of business resources are used. To study the stages and mechanisms of the development of international tourism business, use theoretical and methodological aspects that involve the development of business through the improvement of certain types of resources. In order to develop managerial resources, in particular, mechanisms of organizational culture are used, which allows business, together with the formation of an effective internal environment, to influence the subjects of the external environment of the international tourism business, to create their own brand and image. The novelty of the work is the author's definition of the concept of "organizational and cultural resources of the international tourist business," developed an algorithm for a qualitative assessment of the state of development of organizational and cultural resources of tourism business, proposed a mechanism for the development of organizational and cultural resources of the international tourism business, the structure of the resource potential of the business is specified. The hypothesis about the influence of organizational and cultural resources of the international tourism business on the investment attractiveness of international hotel chains and consumer loyalty to the brand have been put forward and tested. The dissertation analyzes the main theoretical aspects of the formation and development of organizational and cultural resources of the international tourism business, substantiates the differences between organizational culture and organizational and cultural resources, identifies the specific features of the international tourist market, topical drivers of the development of organizational and cultural resources of subjects, it is proved that the high the level of development of organizational and cultural resources of international tourism business affects the economic efficiency of the subject . Criterial express analysis of organizational and cultural resources of the tourism market subject is developed and tested, taking into account the specifics of the industry, which allows determining the level of development of organizational and cultural resources according to differentiated parameters and can be used in forming the mechanism of organizational and cultural resources of the subjects of tourism business.
