Essay

The higher education of Germany is the research object. The research aim is to identify peculiarities of the tutoring development in the context of higher education of Germany and to outline the possibilities of using the constructive ideas of German experience at the universities of Ukraine. The research methods: analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, systematization, classification, comparison, observation, surveillance and interviewing. For the first time peculiarities of the tutoring development in the conditions of higher education of Germany have been identified; tutoring is presented as a scientific and pedagogical problem; the analysis is performed on the tutoring development at Higher Educational Establishments of Germany in the international and national context; the specificity of tutoring realization at the institutional level of Germany is researched; possibilities of using of the constructive ideas and experience of the tutoring development in Germany under the conditions of university education of Ukraine are outlined. The comprehension of the concepts “tutoring”, “tutor”, “tutorial” is clarified. Provisions on the tutoring organization and its potential use gained further development in order to ensure the quality of educational services as well as to improve the success of higher education applicants.
