Rasheed S. Structure and content of the training process qualified swimmers’ in retractable microcycles

The problem of constructing qualified swimmers preparation in retractable microcycles is considered in the dissertation. It has been proved that the ordering of the content of the training process in accordance with the target tasks of the swimmers’ preparation and the specific principles that determine the rational forms of organization of training loads in retractable microcycles and mesocycles is an important condition for its qualitative improvement. It is indicated that the order of distribution of classes with different magnitude and directional loads in retractable microcycles has an impact on the dynamics of the special ability of skilled swimmers in the process of their implementation. The rational correlation of training loads of different predominant orientation, selection of means, methods and methodical techniques aimed at ensuring the gradual and systematic improvement of special physical fitness, allowed to increase the level of swimmers’ functionality.
