Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of endometrial remodeling under the condition of thyropathy with the goal to establish the morpho-functional features of the variability of the structural organization of the epithelial-stromal intercourses of the endometrium of women of reproductive age with the background of dysfunction of the thyroid dysfunction and determination of peculiarities of morphological changes of the endometrium of female white rats in experimental thyropathies. The peculiarities of the structural organization of the uterine endometrium of the female white rats in normal and the nature of their morpho-functional restructuring under conditions of thyreopathies were first determined. It is revealed that experimental hypothyroidism in the uterus is characterized by a predominance of processes of stromal-vascular fibrosis with atrophy of cellular elements. At experimental hyperthyroidism presence, the ostent manifestationt of tissue remodeling are the proliferation of glandular-stromal elements with increased secretory activity of the glands and irreversible deep dystrophic changes of elastic fibers on the background of moderate fibrosis of the myometrium. It has been established that glandular hyperplasia is predominant among uterine pathologies for patients with hyperthyroidism, whereas with hypothyroidism, endometrial fibrous polyps are predominant. An improved method of manufacturing corrosion preparations of uterine arteries of female rats by use of injection material containing Protacryl-M is proposed.
