Essay

The thesis describes the results of theoretical classification and practical decision task of the fundamentals to artistic skills formation of would-be teachers of fine arts in the specific training process. The significance of the problem has been explained, the development level proved. The sense of the following concepts has been specified: “artistic skills”, “artistic skills formation of would-be teachers of fine arts”. The traditional approach to artistic skills formation of would-be teachers of fine arts has been demonstrated. It is based on the following: the active use of copying, imitating and collaging methods; following the principal of arts dual origin in combination with its spiritual and emotional and scientific elements; its consistent preservation and multiplying of academism artistic and pedagogical values. The innovative approach shows the knowledge extension of graphic, painting, formative and composite artistic skills variants according to the following technological stages: accumulation of visual electronic and informative artifacts; author’s generation of different electronic literary works; performance of educational and creative tasks of digital fine arts, using artistic and instrumental modes of computer art-programes. The methodology of mimetic, classical, modern, information and technological artistic and educational paradigms has been generalized. The author has identified that the mimetic, classical and modern nominations are traditional because their artistic elements show the important sense of the definite art in its theoretical and practical aspects. Information and technological paradigm is innovative, as its artistic elements show virtual features. Mimetic paradigm corresponds with canonic approach to the fundamentals of artistic skills formation; classical – with academic approach; modern – with ethnical and cultural, cultural and synthetic, operative and developmental and heuristic; information and technological – with creative approach.
