The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of formation of creative qualities of future preschool teachers in the process of professional training. In the course of the research the state of development of the problem of formation of the creative qualities of future preschool teachers in the process of professional training is analyzed. The basic methodological approaches (systemic, activity, personal, competence, individual, interdisciplinary, heuristic) are determined, the state of development of the problem in philosophy, psychology, pedagogy is analyzed.
The essence of the concept of «creative qualities of a preschool teacher» as a set of interrelated characteristics and attributes aimed at creating and realizing creative intentions in professional activity that will provide the creative character of professional self-realization is clarified. The structure of the concept of «creative qualities of preschool teachers» is developed, which is represented by the following components: cognitive, which is reflected in such creative qualities of the teacher as awareness, creativity, critical thinking, ingeniousness; emotional-motivational component – emotionalism, empathy, passion, motivation; activity-creative component that is reflected in activity, inventiveness, originality, compromise, artistry, improvisational reflexivity.
The criteria of formation of creative qualities of preschool teachers in the process of professional training with corresponding indicators are revealed: cognitive, emotional-motivational, activity-creative. According to the criteria and indicators, the levels of creative qualities of future preschool teachers have been revealed: high, medium, and low.
The pedagogical conditions for formation of the creative qualities of the teachers are determined: creation of a creative environment for the formation of creative qualities of future preschool teachers, based on the implementation of the defining ideas of systemic, activity, personal, competence, individual, interdisciplinary and heuristic approaches; involvement of students in creative activity and interaction in accordance with their needs and individual features of the development of creative qualities; directing the content, forms and methods of professional training to the cognitive activity of prospective preschool teachers in matters of pedagogical creativity.
Methods of formation of creative qualities of future preschool teachers in the process of professional training have been developed and experimentally tested, namely: content of disciplines of the professional cycle «Pedagogy of preschool education», «Fine art in preschool educational institution», «Theory and technology of development of children’s art» supplemented by topics and questions, the special course «Formation of creative qualities of future teachers» was developed and implemented; forms of training organization are varied: round table «Creative tutor», creative workshop «Bright sun of creativity», scientific-methodical seminar «Creative World inside out», master class «To visit creativity or permanent residence», training sessions, lectures-disputes; methods of professional preparation of students of the specialty 012 Preschool education have been modernized, namely: a method of actualization of awareness in questions of self-knowledge of creative qualities, projection of creative qualities in imaginary future professional activity, actualization of creative exercises, creative reincarnation and interactive methods «Office of Mrs. Creativity», «Shelf-idea», «Creative-shop».
With the purpose of updating the teaching aids in the process of formation of the creative qualities of future preschool teachers, information platforms «Word Art», «Pinterest» were used and methodological materials «Colors of creative thoughts», «Creative qualities for touch», «Fragments of creativity» were developed.
