Essay

The object of research: advanced trainingof primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The subject of research: pedagogical conditions for the development of reflective skills of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The purpose of the study is in determination, theoretical justification and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effective development of reflective skills of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate teacher education. The results of research: the essence of reflective skills of a primary school teacher as special personal and professional formations, the system of conscious actions and operations aimed at the analysis of intellectual, personal, activity, communicative spheres of his professional activity to solve polymodal problematic professional situations are determined and substantiated. A complex of pedagogical conditions for the development of reflective skills of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education has been developed and tested, in particular: 1) the development of motivation and values of primary school teachers to carry out reflective activities; 2) the renovation of the content of postgraduate pedagogical education in order to develop reflective skills of primary school teachers; 3) the creation of a reflective environment in the institution of postgraduate education through the introduction into practice of the educational process of reflective teaching methods. The certain pedagogical conditions have been introduced into the course and intercourse stages of postgraduate education of primary school teachers due to the system of author's pedagogical measures, including special courses, trainings, master classes, reflex practicum. The sphere of usage: the results of the study are introduced into the educational process of advanced trainingof primary school teachers of postgraduate education institutes.
