Essay

Object – sports and wellness classes in power fitness; goal – to improve the content of power fitness classes to increase the body adaptive capacity of untrained men by developing a variety of load modes of different volume and intensity; methods: theoretical analyses and generalization, empirical and pedagogic methods, mathematical statistics tools; novelty – the mode of training load in power fitness for untrained men aged 18-20 years on the basis of changing the muscular activity time indicators, decreasing the number of repetitions and the load volume in a working set and increasing the projectile working mass was developed; the optimal set of biochemical markers for controling the adaptive body changes and increasing the efficiency of correction of the content of sports and wellness classes in power fitness was established; results: improved scientific knowledge about the patterns of dynamics of morphofunctional body indicators of untrained men aged 18-20 years in the conditions of long-term using different in volume and intensity load regimes; identified one of the effective ways to solve the important problem of power fitness, namely to suspend the process of constantly increasing amount of physical activity to provide the human body with the necessary stress stimulus for further pronounced adaptive changes; specialization − physical education and sport.
