The components (cognitive, axiological, self-regulatory, activity) are defined, criteria, indicators and levels of technological culture formation are improved. Demonstrated organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effective formation of technological culture: the direction of the theory and practice of training future teachers of Informatics on the motivation to this process; the inclusion in the educational and professional program of special course "Formation of technological culture of future teachers of Informatics: theory and practice"; the creation of a modern educational and formational environment based on traditional and innovative forms and methods of classroom, outside the classroom and independent work.. Based on the theoretical aspects of the modeling for the formation of a technological culture of future computer science teachers in the process of training has been scientifically substantiated and developed, which is represented by a system-functional unity of the blocks: (conceptual and target, substantive and procedural, criteria and productive) staged implementation of the development process of interconnected cognitive, axiological, actively of the real and reflective components of the technological culture that form the updated integrative professional quality of a computer science teacher with a high development of technological thinking, the prevailing system of motives and needs for improving pedagogical skills based on a technological worldview, is a set of professional knowledge on the use of pedagogical, information and communication technologies and interactive tools on training in professional pedagogical practice. The stated blocks of the structurally-content model for the formation of a technological culture among future computer science teachers are closely interconnected and suggest their staged (motivational-targeted stage, information-technological stage and effective-correcting stage) integrated implementation in a holistic educational process of a higher education institution education in the preparation of future teachers of computer science. The staged implementation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions allows the integration of psychological, pedagogical, methodical, methodological and subject knowledge and skills of students, as well as prepare the future computer science teacher for professional activities in the educational information environment of the modern Ukrainian school. Mastering content is carried out in the process of organizing educational-cognitive, educational-professional and research activities, self-work activity, and teaching practice.
